A Time For Tea!

Well, I woke up this morning with a sore lump in the back of my throat, so, since I usually only drink tea when I'm not feeling good, today is the perfect time for tea!!

This is the only actual "teacup" I own. A friend gave it to me a few years ago. I think she thought I should drink more tea!! We bought the tea ball thingy at a tea shoppe in Texas at Thanksgiving, along with some wonderful tea!

I can't remember the names of these, but this one is very cinnamony and delightful...the one I'm drinking now.

If tea could party, this is what it would look like...very festive and fruity in flavor

It froze overnight, so I had to cover up my babies outside!
But I'm inside all toasty and warm...thanks to my handy dandy gas fireplace.
Never thought I'd enjoy having one that didn't burn wood, but since it warms me up, gives nice ambiance, and doesn't have to be cleaned, IT WORKS FOR ME!!
Hope you're staying warm and cozy!
Happy Day Wishes For You,
Becky

YES...it is so good for you, I have heard it said that it has a anti-viral effect on our bodies IF we would drink it all the time..

  3. I have a big German mug for my Chai tea which is my current love and replace Constant Comment. Your teacup is lovely and prayers that you get well soon. On my wish list is making our wood burning fireplace into a gas one, someday!

  9. Looks nice and warm! Hope you enjoyed your cup of tea. I enjoy tea also but hate to admit don't drink it very often. I'm too lazy to boil the water and make a pot! Isn't that crazy???? Enjoy your day!

  10. Becky, I love your teacup. It's very pretty --- and I like the "blue" in your tea as well. Now I'm thinking --- how can we get Becky to drink tea more often than just when she's sick??? ;)

I hope you are feeling much better soon! Curl up by that cozy fire, read a good book, and heal quickly!
