Here are my treasures from my trip to Mt. Dora! They are Christmas decorations that I got all for 1/2 off.

A real cute, glittery, vintage postcard garland. The postcards are precious!

Just love me a cute little snowman!

A pretty little red envelope filled with HOPE! It's actually quite a bit larger than it appears. (why don't photos of me come out like that???)

And of course...the piece de resistance...pretty white doves in sparkly ornate cages!! If you don't know yet, I have developed a love for birds! In a post next Friday I will feature some more of my budding (or should I say chirping) collection!!

Oh, and the gold platter I fell in love with at Target, and waited til it was 50% off to purchase it.
It is a really versatile piece. The best kind!

Thanks for sharing my daytrip and treasures with me!

Have a glorious weekend!

  1. Fun treasures! From a fun day trip! I love that red envelope hanger thingy. That would fit in my house.

  2. Hi, Thanks for stopping by my blog. I love the birdcages and doves, and the gold target purchase at 50% off! I love the post cards, but the red HOPE I dearly love.

  3. Hi Becky,
Thanks so much for your kind comments on my blog! It looks like you found some great after Christmas treasures too! I love the little snowman's expression, and the envelope full of hope speaks to's one of my favorite words! That one little word has seen me through a lot! Here's hoping your New Year is full of love, joy and happiness!

  4. Such a delightfully beautiful blog you have! I found myself smiling as I paged through your posts. Thanks for visiting my home and I plan to visit again...although a cup of tea and a chat would be so much better! God bless this New Year and stay in touch!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share some JOY!
You're a blessing to me!
