Well, sweet friends, it seems that somehow my
computer caught a nasty bug, and won't be
restored to health until later in the week!
Sooo...I am on my daughter's Mac and
sharing some things from Country
Living that make my heart sing! Simple joys that
anyone can make and add to their home. They
have tutorials for them all!
ENJOY!
Glass Bottle Vase Grouping
Vintage Hankies Table Runner
This could be done with vintage doilies or
dresser scarfs, too!
Picture Frame Terrarium
I LOVE this and WILL make one...
eventually!
Painted Stripes Tablecloth
So easy peasy!
A lovely wreath made from fresh berries and vines
Sure would love to get my hands on some
fresh berries and do this one!
Hope your week is full of life's little joys!
Blessings,
Becky
What lovely things to make especially for summer. I'd like to get those berries too, although I may eat them before they would get to be a decoration.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you, sweet Becky! I always love my visits to you! Computer up or down, you still inspire!
ReplyDeleteLove to you this Summer Sunday~
Rebecca
The red striped tablecloth reminds me of a retro one I have, only it is aqua and gray stripe :-)
ReplyDeleteSorry your computer isn't feeling up to par, although I hope you are!
hugs from Heidi
Sure hope you are doing much better than you 'puter!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos...so refreshing...just add a glass of cold pink lemonade.
Love you, Jess
Hi, Becky... I hope that all is well aside from the computer. We had quite a storm here today (am in St. A), and it is lovely out now. I love the light after a storm, with everything looking dewy.
ReplyDeletePretty images from CL!
XO,
Sheila :-)

Hi! Becky, Loved all of this! that little glass house was adorable; great simple ideas. About the fresh berries, This morning before I went to church, I made a fresh Blueberry cobbler, crust and all. it was so delicious! Just thinking about that when you mentioned fresh berries! I was so excited for "Me"!Will show pic soon on post. Have a Happy Week!
ReplyDeleteGreat pics. I love that wreath!
ReplyDeleteHi Becky,
ReplyDeleteWhat cute ideas you found. I really like the vintage hanky table runner. Stay cool!
Valerie
UGH, about the computer bug!
ReplyDeleteI love these things, especially that picture frame one. Like you, I really want to do that one. I have some old simple frames on my "list", in fact!
Hi Becky!
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely photos! They represent the essence of summer. I am especially drawn to the cluster of bottles with the wildflowers. I don't know about you, but I find it difficult to find wildflowers that are accessible for picking around here. That's one thing I do miss (and just about the only thing!) from my home in PA. We had wild daisies, and Queen Anne's Lace growing wild in the backyard. There was always enough to fill a vase.
Jane (artfully graced)

I love the old hankie runner idea, thinking I just might get out grandmas old hankies and see what I come up with. Love them all...the table colth and little green house to...cute, cute, cute!!
ReplyDeleteHappy sunshiny days!! T
