As you all might have guessed by now, I LOVE taking photos of sunsets, sunrises, clouds…pretty much all of God’s creation!!
Well, I snapped this as we were heading down hwy 231 in Alabama last weekend. I have no idea where this beam of light came from, but I love how it makes a cross with the sunlit clouds!!
It may be some common photographical phenomena, but in my book it’s a reminder of our awesome God, and how He reigns over all of creation!! Do I hear an AMEN??!!!
SO…a holy moment or message from God, who knows? But I love it and I love Him and the magnificent displays of His glory that we have the privilege of enjoying each day!!
I am working on my photos from the trip! I took 161 and have a bit of editing to do. Thanks for your patience!!! Hopefully I’ll post about our celebration before the weekend!!
Please pray for me, hubby, and Birdy. We are all feeling a bit under the weather!
Hugs n love to you, my sweet bloggy friends!!
Becky
P.S. Please vote on the poll in my sidebar! I want you to feel welcome here!!
Very pretty Becky...loved seeing these awesome pics...Hope all is well on your side of the mountain my friend...Hugs and smiles Gl♥ria
ReplyDeleteI see we DO think alike! I love that sunshine peeking through the clouds. Clouds can remind me of God's power and glory like nothing else!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful this is and for you to get to see it and take this photo! Hope you and hubby had a wonderful Anniversary and you have such a beautiful family! I sick today, and off to hospital Monday for one surgery, then Wednesday for my major surgery. So I just want to say save my place in our Tree! I will be out of commission for a while, hope to check email, doubt I will be able to type or blog. I be in hospital 1-2 weeks depends on how I do. See you in our tree.
ReplyDeleteAmen, sistah! ;) Beautiful photo! Isn't it just something how God puts His fingerprint right where we can sit it sometimes?
ReplyDeleteOh, I hope you and your family will get to feeling better.
Thank you so much for your visit - I always enjoy them so much.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Becky, doesn't just everything beautiful testify of a Father in Heaven that loves us. I am often amazed that everyone cannot see and recognize this in their lives. One of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen was in Venice~beyond magnificent.
ReplyDeleteI voted that I love your music because you pick such lovely pieces to share. Sometimes I prefer no music because I usually have my computer playing music already but in your case, I turn mine off while visiting your blog.
I hope you and Ran and Birdie get well soon. I am in Utah right now and I have only been able to see Jen's kids so far as my son's kids are all taking turns with the flu. We can't risk bringing it home to Hazie. I am hoping they are all well soon as I am only staying until next Tuesday. This is the only thing I do not like about fall and winter~too much sickness going around. Take good care of yourselves!
Love, Bon
I hope you all feel much better soon, Becky! May God bless each of you.
