She's Growing Up On Me!!

Today is our youngest daughter Maddy's birthday!


I made her promise me when she was 4 that she
wouldn't get any bigger...

Well she has!! And I have to say that I am so very
proud of the lovely young woman she is becoming!

I am blessed to be able to be a stay at home Mom,
and have the privilege of homeschooling her.
She fills my days and my heart with delight just
being the beautiful girl God created her to be!!

Maddy has recently started a blog of her own,
which is really neat, and I think it would be great
if you guys popped over to Madcrafts to wish
her a Happy Birthday!!

It would be especially great if you became a
follower of her blog, too!!

I know she'll be thrilled!! Thank you ahead of
time for making her day even more special!

    Oh my goodness.......they do grow up, don't they? How wonderful to have the opportunity to home school. I wish I'd been able to do that for my daughter. I had never even heard of it back then.

    happy Birthday to her and to you too. I know those birthdays are happy but make me twinge a bit as they grow up, but it is amazing to see the people they are becoming, homeschooling certainly has made me so glad to be such an influence on them and to witness them becoming adults.

    Happy Birthday to your sweet, adorable, beautiful daughter!!! I hope you had a fun day celebrating and remembering the years past. I will head over to her blog! What a great idea for her to start her own and to start writing and learning to journal!! Great mom!!! Thanks for all your prayers for my hubby. I'm just taking a break to rest from the stress of the past 2 weeks. I almost passed out last Saturday in the banquet hall when everything caught up to me. I'm feeling great now, but want to take it slow. You're a great friend!!

    I apologize for not visiting sooner as I have had some health issues, and after fighting it for about 10 days finally gave in and went to see my doctor, I am feeling much better now and am happy to be visiting again. Hope your summer is going well, I know you are probably getting the most best tan ever,

    If only we could keep them small. It is truly a blessing to homeschool isn't it??? I LOVE it. I love spending each and every day with my kids. It'll be over before you know it!! But at least when you look back over the years, you will see where they all went, and it was with you.

    Becky, what a beautiful girl. There is always something so special about that youngest one. My youngest is now 31 and I adore her. She is so precious to me as are my other two kids. Enjoy her always~I know you will.

    This is crazy as the comment I posted when you wrote this is gone...have been to two other sites where people were saying that their comments were not posting!
    They do grow too fast so it's just important to remember to thoroughly enjoy them at whatever age they are (as I know you do)!
